TEC Presidential Merit Award
	This was created for Oded Paz. It is the 2012/2013 Presidential Merit Award. I did this with the same style owl as we had used on some previous TEC designs (308 & 359) for continuity. It will be engraved quarter size. It is being engraved by Lee Bowser.
