Water Lily

Water Lily is a is a lone flower sitting atop the surface of a peaceful pond. Below the flower is a subtle reflection on the water and the stems below the surface. This was created from one of my photos.

The original piece is colored pencil on black mattboard. The majority of this work was done while I was at a local art show. There was not as much traffic as hoped so I spent my downtime creating a new work of art.
