Grazing

Once roaming the grasslands across the United States, the American bison nearly became extinct due to overhunting and bovine diseases in the 1800s. With a lot of assistance, a great resurgence of them has taken place but will never restore their once plentiful numbers. Yellowstone National Park is one of the few places in the world where you can see them in the wild.
