The now hallowed halls one teamed with life and activity. These halls of Union Station in Kansas City were once filled with seating that was packed with families, businessmen, and soldiers making their way across the country. Many of our nation’s military went to their posts via train through one of these gates...headed for service...headed for war...headed home to family. Now all that remains is the sunlight on the floor replacing the benches and the giant flag of the United States. Stars & Stripes forever.
